Professional Experience Summary
Tim has over 25 years of successful leadership experience in U.S. Air Force acquisition, logistics, and human resource management career fields, having held a wide variety of positions at multiple levels, including the program office, laboratory, flight line, intermediate headquarters, Pentagon, and squadron command environments. While on active duty, he was a project engineer in the Air Force’s premier reliability laboratory and an aircraft maintenance officer in a heavily tasked and highly acclaimed airlift wing. As an acquisition project manager and Pentagon staff officer, Tim was a key player on the team that transformed the C-17 program from near cancellation to backbone of the nation’s airlift fleet and winner of the Welch Award for excellence in acquisition. Tim went on to be a successful squadron commander in the largest technical training wing in the Air Force, as well as Deputy Director of Human Resources for the Air Force Research Laboratory. Since his retirement from the Air Force, he has been the deputy program manager for the B-2 Radar Modernization Program, a 1.6 billion dollar upgrade.
