Professional Experience Summary
Jack has devoted over 30 years to the successful design, development, fabrication, acquisition, fielding, maintenance, re-engineering and life-cycle support of military and commercial computing, sensor processing, avionics and computer communications systems. These systems include specialized high-performance, classified computing systems for military fighter, attack, and reconnaissance aircraft as well as proprietary and open Internet technologies for command, control, and communications systems. His strong technical foundation and over a decade of business management and ownership provides a unique and an extraordinarily valuable perspective on the risks and solutions associated with both sides of the Technical/Management or Government/Corporate line. Jack has had key roles and responsibilities in the ATF DEM/VAL Program and F-22 Source Selection, RC-135 Upgrade and Retrofit efforts, and the JSF CE Program and Source Selection. Most recently he has served in various lead technical and technical management roles for the B-2 Radar Modernization Program (B-2 RMP) and the EHF-SATCOM program (B-2 EHF).
