Professional Experience Summary
Dave focuses on the areas of systems engineering and project management. His expertise lies in solving complex system integration problems; helping organizations understand, refine, and document requirements; developing and implementing sound engineering and management processes; and training management and technical staff on customized best practices. Over the past 17 years he has successfully led project teams from requirements identification through system termination. These systems include commercial information technology processing as well as fighter, bomber, attack, and reconnaissance aircraft (A-6E, B-1, B-2, EA-6B, EF-111, F-14, F-15E, F-16, F-18, F-117, and RC-135). His specific technical expertise includes: Radar system analysis, flight test planning and execution, radar cross-section analysis, system analysis and modeling, and requirements management. He built upon this foundation by adding critical project and program management skills as well as general business and management experience.
